Canal latéral de la Garonne

At the Southeast of Toulouse, there is the historic Canal du Midi but at the Northwest a canal called Canal latérale à la Garonne has been build in 1856 along the Garonne river to Langon in the South of Bordeaux.

The ensemble of the 2 canal is named as "Canal des 2 mers" (Canal of 2 seas).
