Farmers market on Place du Salin


Great weather on Saturday morning to get some fresh vegetables from local farmers.
In our bag : tomatoes, aubergines (eggplants) , courgettes (zucchini), radish, apricot, red pepper, spinach shoots.

Giant omelet

Since 1973 on Easter Monday, Giant Omelette is cooked with 12000 eggs in  a small village near Toulouse, Bessieres,
Exceptionally, last Sunday, members of the brotherhood have decided to cook on for a local association.

Live chickens at Saint Aubin open air market

Saint Aubin is a special open air market in Toulouse.
Located around the Saint Aubin church, local farmers mainly organic coming from the countryside and some traders takes place each Sunday morning.
This is the only market in Toulouse where you can find live chickens, live ducks or live rabbits.
